AMP Capital's Global Property Securities team is predicting Australia's real estate investment trusts are likely to show a stronger than expected performance this reporting season, with much improved valuations
AMP Capital deputy head of global listed real estate James Maydew said demand for real estate investments reflected in recent deals, had driven higher values and some REITs looked attractive on a valuation basis.
