What if Australia had its own Trump?

A local Trump would do some truth-telling, including that it’s incomprehensible a place as big as Australia has close to the world’s most unaffordable housing.

It’s unlikely there will ever again be a line in an American president’s inaugural address like the one delivered on Tuesday by Donald Trump: “I was saved by God to make America great again.”

Not surprisingly, the speech was very different from that delivered four years ago by Joe Biden. He claimed, “A cry for survival comes from the planet itself, a cry that can’t be any more desperate or any more clear now.”
