Victoria’s director of public prosecutions, Kerri Judd, KC, has reported a second judge to the state’s judicial commission, which has the power to recommend that judges be removed from the bench.

Only a day after the national body for judges called a similar complaint against Supreme Court justice Lex Lasry “regrettable and extraordinary”, news emerged that Judge Geoffrey Chettle of the County Court also faces official scrutiny.
