The Country Fire Authority in Victoria will delay an employee vote on a controversial workplace deal after volunteer firefighters won a Supreme Court injunction.

Volunteer Fire Brigades Victoria applied to suspend the processing of the enterprise agreement, claiming it contained clauses contrary to the CFA Act.
