‘Sit-and-steer job’ for integrity committee head

When the parliamentary committee to review the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) legislation was revealed on Wednesday, there was a curious choice of who would chair it.

Instead of picking an MP with lots of runs on the board, Labor nominated a 2022 newbie in Senator Linda White from Victoria.
