Queensland Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk and Chief Medical Officer Jeannette Young say the next seven days will be crucial to stamping out a coronavirus outbreak from three young women who lied about being in Melbourne.

Although Queensland recorded no new cases of COVID-19 on Monday, Ms Palaszczuk and her top public health official said the state was not in the clear yet.
