Berejiklian's staff destroyed documents used to rubber-stamp 'rort'

Staff destroyed documents shown to Premier Gladys Berejiklian to approve a council grants program favouring Coalition-held seats, an NSW parliamentary inquiry has heard.

Sarah Lau, one of Ms Berejiklian's senior policy advisers, said the working advice notes were used to rubber-stamp the projects, and paper copies were later shredded and digital copies deleted.
