A Supreme Court judge says there is no “rule of law” argument that would prevent an inquiry into whether Christian Porter is still a “fit and proper person” to be Attorney-General.

Justice Francois Kunc of the NSW Supreme Court says the issue goes to “public trust and confidence in the proper administration of government”.
