NSW Coalition MPs “pushed aside” non-government members to approve and announce grants funding electorates that weren’t even theirs, new documents show.

It follows the controversial Stronger Communities Fund that former premier Gladys Berejiklian conceded was pork barrelling, but said it was “not an illegal practice”.
