NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian has admitted a controversial community grants fund awarded primarily to Coalition seats ahead of the 2019 state election was pork barrelling.

Ms Berejiklian said on Thursday the practice was “rightly or wrongly” normal and wasn't illegal.
