NSW byelections could clash with Scott Morrison’s federal poll

The NSW electoral commissioner has suggested the state’s five upcoming byelections be held in mid-February, setting up a potential clash with the federal election campaign.

Prime Minister Scott Morrison has until May next year to call an election.
