The construction union's record of law-breaking should be embarrassing to the union movement, says a Federal Court judge.
Handing down $178,450 in penalties against the Construction, Forestry, Mining and Energy Union and six officials on Friday, Justice Chris Jessup hit out at the CFMEU's history of breaching workplace laws.
