Kim Shipley, a consultant to an electrical services supply company then controlled by Mr Medich, told the Independent Commission Against Corruption on Monday that the property developer was “visibly angry" the morning after the then energy minister’s alleged dalliance in July 2009 with a Chinese escort called Tiffanie.
