Labor refuses to back LNP's 5 per cent unemployment target

The Palaszczuk Labor government has refused to back the Liberal National Party's 5 per cent unemployment target, saying it was a gimmick and the LNP had form on cutting, not creating jobs.

As Queensland's election campaign headed into its last week, Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk is shaping to win a third term in office as voters have yet to be won over by Opposition Leader Deb Frecklington.
