The Andrews government in Victoria is expected to lose four key cabinet ministers on Friday, who would stand down before the state election in November.
Deputy Premier James Merlino – touted as a future premier – Health Minister Martin Foley, Police Minister Lisa Neville and Industry Minister Martin Pakula are expected to announce their retirement, sources said.
