‘Floods more widespread’ than 2011: Queensland clean-up begins
Stanley Yang thought he would be safe from flooding when he opened his Japanese restaurant Moga in Rosalie Village in 2015.
Although the suburb in Brisbane’s inner-west was hit badly by the 2011 floods, Mr Yang thought it was a 20-year-event, and he wouldn’t have to worry about floodwater any time soon.
