For the past two years, China and Russia, even by their own standards, have been running obvious interference inside the G20.
At the Rome G20 in November 2021, held just days before the COP26 climate change summit in Glasgow, the Russians and Chinese, with the backing of India, colluded to kill any consensus in the final communique toward reaching net-zero emissions by 2050.
