It took 15 minutes for The Greens’ Nick McKim to threaten outgoing Woolworths boss Brad Banducci with six months’ prison and $5 million in fines on Tuesday.

Unable to reveal the supermarket giant’s return on equity figure, Banducci became the latest leader of a big-brand company to be cast as the villain in a heated round of political theatrics only marginally related to the issue being considered by politicians.
