Australians waiting for COVID-19 vaccinations could get the second of two doses required later than the government’s planned October deadline.
Prime Minister Scott Morrison blamed delivery delays for the slower-than-expected rollout. Mr Morrison also said health authorities were clear that the AstraZeneca drug was safe despite some European countries pausing vaccinations over reports of blood clots among recipients.
