Scott Morrison has used the final leaders’ debate of the election campaign to implore voters to put a strong economy first, even if his government had been less than perfect.

He also said Anthony Albanese’s wage rise push would kill many small businesses, costing the jobs of the very workers Labor said it was trying to help.
