The revelation that one of the Sri Lanka bombers was educated in Melbourne has prompted counter-terrorism experts to warn about the risks of radicalisation in Australia.

Prime Minister Scott Morrison confirmed the bomber had been on a graduate student visa in Australia and that he left the country with his wife and child in 2013.
