‘Significantly different’ psychiatric report on Higgins emerges
A psychiatrist prepared two “significantly different” reports on the state of Brittany Higgins’ mental health, but only one was used to support claims that secured the former Liberal staffer a $2.4 million payout, a court has heard.
Lawyers for Senator Linda Reynolds applied to call psychiatrist Dr Julio Clavijo to provide evidence before the Supreme Court of Western Australia about why he had written two “materially” different documents on the same date about Ms Higgins following her alleged rape.
