Qld Premier suspends CFMEU donations amid investigation

Queensland Premier Steven Miles has temporarily suspended political donations from the CFMEU following disturbing interstate allegations of violence and intimidation by the militant union.
The Labor leader also said he would refuse to meet with the union’s officials until after Queensland police had conducted an analysis of any potential allegations of misconduct at its state branch.
