Trade Minister Don Farrell will seek the full restart of exports to China of wine, barley and other goods, which are locked up in damaging trade disputes, when he touches down in Beijing on Thursday.
As the easing of tensions between the two countries gathers pace, there are expectations China will give ground and allow for further progress on the resolution of disputes that have hit $20 billion worth of exports.
