‘Prime Minister for Women’: Marise Payne to lead new cabinet taskforce

Scott Morrison’s reshuffle has led to the creation of a new cabinet taskforce to oversee the status of women in Australia, part of a gender reset forced on the Prime Minister by a series of scandals caused by blokes.
Senior Liberal Marise Payne will lead the new taskforce, alongside Mr Morrison, who briefly promoted the NSW senator to “prime minister for women” on Monday.
