SA has 18 new coronavirus cases diganosed today including 17 from one cluster.
The cluster grew from 4 cases on Sunday to 17 on Monday.
SA has 34 active cases in total.
All states except NSW, Victoria and the ACT closed their borders to Adelaide travellers.
Scott Morrison has urged state and territory leaders to lift freshly imposed border bans as soon as South Australia gets its COVID-19 outbreak under control, something the federal government is confident will occur quickly.
Less than a week after the states and territories agreed to live with COVID-19 and open their borders by Christmas, every jurisdiction bar NSW, Victoria and the ACT closed their doors to people from Adelaide on Monday in response to a modest outbreak in the city's northern suburbs.
