Former WA premier Colin Barnett believes the Liberal Party can win back the federal seat of Curtin from teal Kate Chaney as business elites living in the prized electorate are drawn back to his party.
Speaking to The Australian Financial Review in the wake of a state election that delivered Labor a resounding third consecutive win, Barnett said the Liberals could still win seats in WA at the looming federal poll.
