NSW government websites have scored highest in a performance survey, while poor readability, multilingual support and mobile behaviour dragged Victoria and South Australia to the bottom of the league table.
NSW scored 66.6 out of 100 compared to Victoria and South Australia’s 49. ACT ranked second, just behind NSW with a score of 66, followed by Queensland (56.2), Northern Territory (55.4) and Western Australia (51.5). Tasmania scored lowest of any Australian jurisdiction with 45.9.
