No tax hikes in Morrison's JobMaker budget

Scott Morrison has flatly ruled out tax increases as part of his recovery plan, insisting that growing the economy is the only way to sustainably fund welfare, health and other essential services.
Trying to pay for such services by increasing taxes was "a gouge'', the Prime Minister said.
