New BCA boss has an uphill battle ahead of him

Outgoing Business Council of Australia boss Jennifer Westacott says that, to date, Australia has stayed lucky. “But our luck is going to run out.”

Indeed, the phrase “lucky country” may soon come full circle to be viewed with the derision Donald Horne first intended when he wrote it in 1964.
