Liberal MPs push to give single women early access to super

Single and divorced women would get to access their superannuation before they retire to buy a home, under a policy being pushed by Liberal MPs who argue such women could otherwise be forced to rent forever or left homeless.
Housing has become a major political battleground as record prices, an acute shortage of rental properties and higher interest rates combine to slash affordability.
