Letters: Dancing to the unions’ tune

Former US president Ronald Reagan used to quip, “you dance with the one who brung ya”.
Prime Minister Anthony Albanese and his ministry have clearly heeded this message throughout the course of the recent jobs summit, embracing controversial plans to reintroduce multi-employer bargaining, essentially amounting to industry-wide bargaining, last widely utilised in this country in the 1990s (“Business gets more than it bargained for”, September 3-4).
