Law reform machine Mordy Bromberg scores the perfect job
The union-friendly Federal Court judge is an interesting choice to lead the Australian Law Reform Commission.

The best bit is that Bromberg is now in charge of the ALRC’s review of the Corporations Act, which covers small matters like director’s duties, disclosure obligations and when to stick white-collar crooks in jail.
