On Friday morning, a collective of 10 aged care advocacy groups gathered in the Senate courtyard of Parliament House to deliver a simple message to the Albanese government: get on with it!

It has been 14 months since Aged Care Minister Anika Wells appeared at the National Press Club to set in train a reform agenda that would ensure the increasingly expensive sector could remain financially sustainable.
