Labor demands PM stand down Sukkar over branch-stacking scandal

Labor is demanding Assistant Treasurer Michael Sukkar stand down following allegations of branch stacking within the Victorian Liberal Party.
Opposition Leader Anthony Albanese said Prime Minister Scott Morrison faced a leadership test over Mr Sukkar, a conservative factional powerbroker in Victoria, as government figures rallied around the minister.
