Labor accused of hypocrisy over road, rail project cuts

The Opposition has accused the Albanese government of prioritising “the unfunded pipe dreams” of state Labor premiers while threatening to axe dozens of Coalition-era infrastructure projects.
Meanwhile, Brisbane’s Liberal-National Party Lord Mayor Adrian Schrinner said tens of millions of dollars worth of local projects have been paused pending the outcome of a federal government audit of infrastructure spending.
