Former Health Services Union national secretary Kathy Jackson has pleaded guilty to two counts of obtaining a financial advantage by deception, over misappropriating more than $100,000 from her union between 2003 and 2010.

Jackson appeared via a video link before the Victorian County Court on Monday afternoon following days of discussions between her lawyers and prosecutors over a plea deal.
