Kathleen Folbigg released: ‘reasonable doubt about murder convictions’

Almost two decades after she was found guilty of murdering three of her children, and the manslaughter of a fourth, Kathleen Folbigg has been released from a Grafton prison and pardoned.
Ms Folbigg, 55, returned to her family after former NSW chief justice Tom Bathurst, KC, indicated to the government that he intended to conclude that there was reasonable doubt as to her guilt on all offences.
