Clare O’Neil is emerging as the Albanese government’s Winston Wolfe (aka The Wolf), the “cleaner” in Pulp Fiction fixing up messes of other people’s making.
Last year, O’Neil put the boot into Optus after customers’ data was stolen, accusing the telco of having “left the window open” for hackers.
