Immigration and border security are beginning to concern voters, in an early warning for Labor which has paid a heavy price in the past over the issue.
The latest True Issues survey by JWS Research shows while cost of living and housing continue to outstrip everything else as key issues of concern, immigration and border security have begun to creep up the list.
