The Morrison government’s controversial $660 million commuter car park construction program started out by targeting the top 20 marginal seats for projects, the Auditor-General’s office has revealed.

A tracking document was shared between then urban infrastructure minister Alan Tudge’s office and the Prime Minister’s Office, Australian National Audit Office executive director Brian Boyd told a Senate hearing into a scheme that Labor has dubbed “pork and ride”.
