Crown hits back over 'unfair' allegations

Crown Resorts' board has launched a public relations offensive rejecting allegations over its efforts to woo wealthy Chinese gamblers, complaining a series of news reports have "unfairly attempted to damage Crown's reputation".

As its share price lost a further 1.4 per cent to close at $11.86, the casino operator issued a statement saying the reports by 60 Minutes and The Sydney Morning Herald and The Age constituted a "deceitful campaign".
