COVID-19 survivors urged to donate blood for trials

Victorians who have recovered from coronavirus infections are being asked to donate blood for two clinical trials to test the impact of antibodies on patients acutely ill with COVID-19.

The trials are being fast-tracked to try to respond to the explosion of COVID-19 infections in the state, sparking a deadly crisis in Melbourne aged care homes.
