Trade Minister Don Farrell is willing to invite Chinese authorities to inspect abattoirs and other processing facilities to address quality concerns that were ostensibly used to justify de facto bans on Australian exports.

Senator Farrell is keen to build on this week’s breakthrough in China’s campaign of economic coercion against Australia after Beijing agreed to conduct a three-month review into its 80.5 per cent tariff on barley exports.
