CFMEU mulls High Court challenge, employers also face scrutiny

CFMEU national secretary Zach Smith is not ruling out a High Court challenge to legislation forcing the union’s construction divisions into administration, saying the political process was an affront to the rule of law and democracy.

As the legislation passed the parliament on Tuesday, Mr Smith told The Australian Financial Review the court challenge was under consideration.
