CFMEU headed for administration after Labor-Coalition deal

Every state and territory construction division of the CFMEU will be in administration this month after the government and opposition reached a deal that enables the administrator to take control for up to five years.
Workplace Relations Minister Murray Watt repeated his fears the construction division may have already begun to shift assets, despite every branch being placed under administration.
