Business ready for heavy lifting but knee-jerk restrictions a problem

Business are ready to take over the economic heavy lifting from government in 2021, but knee-jerk reactions to coronavirus outbreaks are only serving to hinder the national economic recovery.

The responses of states and territories to the most recent virus outbreak in Sydney, which has now spread as far as Melbourne, has many businesses nervous, with Victoria singled out for particular criticism.
