Anthony Albanese expects incoming UK prime minister Sir Keir Starmer to visit in coming months as he praised his friend’s “resounding election victory”.

“They have similar views to us on a range of issues. I’m sure we will work closely on AUKUS, where we worked very closely as well with the former government,” Mr Albanese said.
