Publishers who slowed new releases during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic are about to unleash hundreds of titles, with September 29 dubbed "Super Tuesday" by the nation's biggest booksellers.

Readers eager for the follow up to journalist Trent Dalton's bestseller Boy Swallows Universe will finally get their hands on All Our Shimmering Skies next month. The book, delayed from earlier this year, will go on sale along with new titles by rocker Jimmy Barnes, Crocodile Dundee star Paul Hogan and Booker Prize winner Richard Flanagan.
