Anthony Albanese has counselled the federal opposition against attacking the Victorian state budget, saying the last time the Coalition took on Dan Andrews, it backfired.
The prime minister issued the warning in parliament after being questioned about the budget, which has hit property investors and larger businesses with $8.6 billion in higher taxes over the next four years, and more than $20 billion over a decade.
